CER letter on EFSI and the Technical Pillar of the 4th Railway Package

In this letter to European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker and European Commissioner for Transport Violeta Bulc, CER Chairman Christian Kern and CER Executive Director Libor Lochman express concerns of the Community of European Railway and Infrastructure Companies regarding the European Fund for Strategic Investments and the Technical Pillar of the 4th Railway Package.
