Joint Vision on Capacity Regulation

The Community of European Railways and Infrastructure Companies (CER) and the association of European Rail Infrastructure Managers (EIM) have published a joint vision on Capacity Regulation. The European Rail Sector stakeholders welcome the Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the use of railway infrastructure capacity in the single European railway area and appreciate the work done at the level of the co-legislators.
