Introducing Human Factor into the CSMs

The CSMs are being revised after the publication of the Fourth Railway package. One of the new concepts introduced by the Fourth Railway Package and now reflected in the CSMs is the need to address human factor and safety culture.

CER and ERFA are convinced that this change in the scope of the CSM needs to be properly introduced and that guidance will be essential.
