Social Dialogue
As a recognised European social partner for the railway sector, CER takes part in the activities of the Sectoral Social Dialogue Committee for Railways, together with ETF (employees) and EIM (employers).
In the course of two working group meetings and one plenary a year, the European social partners and their members exchange views about the social dimension of rail-related initiatives at EU level, and they agree upon the activities that they want to carry out together, such as joint projects, common positions or declarations, and coordinated activities in the broader EU landscape.
