CER-UNIFE Joint Declaration

On 2 February 2026, CER and UNIFE met for a high-level exchange on the strategic priorities facing the European rail sector.

The meeting marked an important moment of alignment across the rail ecosystem, bringing together railway undertakings, infrastructure managers and the rail supply industry at a time when Europe is shaping its next policy and investment cycle.

Against this backdrop, CER and UNIFE formally signed a Joint Declaration, reaffirming their shared commitment to a strong, resilient and competitive European railway system.
