- publication by the European Commission of its ‘Action Plan on Military Mobility’.

- adoption by the European Parliament of the Climate Action Regulation (CAR), also known as the Effort Sharing Regulation, Europe’s tool to reduce the climate impact of sectors not covered by the EU ETS.

- publication by the European Commission of its package of proposals for the 2021-2027 Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF): ‘A Modern Budget for a Union that protects, empowers and defends’.
